AOF aka. anime overload festival was held at the sm x convention function room no. 5 last Nov. 8, 2009 (sunday)

Even though I was only able to stay there from 10am-5pm only, at least I had a lot of fun.!

At first my best friend went to my house at about a quarter to 9 even though I said 8:20am she should have been here. >.< haha. oh well. and so, when my bff arrived, we went upstairs to my room to just fix things.o_o hehe. while we were at my room I didn't realize the car was already leaving until my mom called us from outside. And so we left and got into the car.

We arrived at the SM X at about 10:00am.? not sure.. but sometime near that. haha. @_@ And there was already a not so long and not so short line of people. Some of those people were already dressed in their costumes, which we thought a sign of their excitement i guess. And after about 15 mins. or so, the line started to move and we were already going to get in! And the chatter of people started to grow louder.

By the time we felt the cold breeze touch our cheeks, we were already in the venue. But not IN the function room. And then there was a line again.And so we waited a few more minutes/seconds before we really got in the venue. >_<

And then, the line started to move once again, and we were already getting our tickets! Of course, before going in, the officials of the event teared a part of the ticket and stamped a stamp O_O on our left hand, actually not the hand but lower. Don't know what the hell you call that. So I leave it up to your thinking minds.

Once we were inside, we visited first a few shops and went to the comfort room and changed into my neko-mimi-type-kind-of-costume I was the only onw who changed because my bff didn't want to cosplay/costrip. huhu. =_=

After changing and doing make-up, we walked out of the comfort room and started to visit some shops again and walk around and around the room until the people started to gather and the room started to get more crowded. We took pictures and stuff and even watched some presentations the event had prepared for our entertainment.

It was so fun that I kept on asking my bff what time it was to know how many minutes/hours we have left.! >.<

Hm... Some of the anime the cosplayers had cosplayed were vocaloid, soul eater, death note, haruhi suzumiya, yui (k-on), chobits, final fantasy, tekken characters, naruto characters, and many more.

*sighs* Too bad I won't be attending the other cosplay conventions this november 'cuz of some strict rules at home. o_o

Oh well, I'll be waiting for next year then!
